Carla D. Card-Stubbs

Carla is a Bahamian of Jamaican origin, having been born and raised in Jamaica. An Attorney-at-law, Carla has worked in several countries in the Caribbean and considers herself a 'Caribbean National'. This rich experience and exposure explains Carla's ability to work with persons from diverse backgrounds. Carla has always had an interest in real estate and conveyancing matters. This interest led her to join the Better Homes and Gardens Bahamas MCR team as a sales agent. Carla has since earned the designations of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Luxury agent (luxBHGRE) and Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS). She is interested in helping clients negotiate their way in all matters concerning real estate. Her background in law equips her to help clients maneuver complex situations. Her training as a mediator equips her with skills to help her clients negotiate in their best interest and arrive at workable solutions.
In her spare time, Carla enjoys traveling, reading, public speaking, hiking and community service. An active Rotarian, she is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Nassau Sunrise.
